She is an art teacher from Stella’s Art Gallery in Willoughby. Dani will teach you to paint, entertain you, and enjoy wine along the way. The fee is 30$ per person or $25 for children and young adults (12-20) OR for non-wine drinkers. Your supplies will be included in the price as well as a glass of wine.

Join us for holiday cheer at the GRC Grinchmas Bar!  Grand River Cellars, with its team of elves and Cindy Lou Who, has transformed the entire winery into a holiday extravaganza.  Gather your friends and family and join us day or night to celebrate the season.  Our Who Chef has created a delicious Whobilation Menu (our regular menu is also available).  Our Who Mixologist had created a fun and fancy “Cheers”meister Menu.  This wonderment opens to the public on November 21^st thru December 31st.  Reservations are highly recommended.  Please note, there is no area for people stand and gather.  All guests must have a table to sit at.  This is why we recommend the reservations.

Mark your calendars for a fun night out at Grand River Cellars on 12/7/23 at 6:00. Limited seats available. Cost varies and includes all supplies necessary to leave with a beautiful painted wooden project.  Food and beverages sold separate. You might want to bring a t-shirt or apron to paint in.  Please think about what colors you would like your project to be in advance.  You get to pick all your paint colors. There is no right or wrong.

Join us at Grand River Cellars Sunday November 19^th at 3pm for 90 minutes of creative fun arranging the freshest assortment of holiday greenery, berries, cones, and more into a long-lasting arrangement for your holiday table.  Greens arranged in a wet floral foam will remain fresh throughout the holiday season; just water like a houseplant!  You’ll learn basic design and materials techniques for making table arrangements from longtime wreath maker, Maggie Fusco of The Wood Road Salad Farm in Madison.  Maggie has been making winter wreaths, swags, and table arrangements with fresh materials for over 20 years, plus creating outdoor winter planters for clients in both public and private spaces, and leading workshops for garden clubs.  Class is limited to 25.  50$ fee includes the container, wet floral foam, and all the materials needed to fill it plus a glass of wine to toast your success!  

Class begins promptly at 3pm.  Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time to check in and receive your complimentary glass of wine.  Winery opens at noon for lunch before class and is open until 8pm for more food, fun, and wine after class!

Finished arrangement sizes are 14”-18” high and wide.  Materials vary each year, will look similar to but not exactly like the photo, are always beyond the ordinary, and each participant makes it their own!

Annual Winegrowers of the Grand River Valley Turkey Trot

Let the wineries of the Grand River Valley help you choose wines for your Thanksgiving feast with our annual Turkey Trot tasting event. Join us on a drive-yourself tour of the Grand River Valley, sampling wines paired with Thanksgiving-inspired cuisine.

Patrons will visit each of the five wineries in any order they choose between noon and 5pm November 11st thru 22nd. For $9 at each location, the wineries will provide samples of their wines paired with a delicious appetizer. Donations will be made by participating wineries to local food banks from proceeds of the trail to help those in need during the holiday season.

Back by popular demand Grand River Cellars and Patti Lombardo’s Illumin8 proudly present ‘Séance in the cellar’.

Have you always wanted to attend a séance? Are you curious but not sure what to expect? Then this event is for you!
Join Patti Lombardo and local mediums for an exciting evening in the GRC Wine Cellar.
The ladies will walk you through the process as you attempt to connect with spirits. If you wish to connect with a loved one, you will need to bring a picture, jewelry, or a treasured trinket from the departed person you wish to receive a message from. If you would rather connect with other spirits, the séance will also investigate the winery itself for spirits!
Seating is limited to 10 guests.

There will be 2 sessions to sign up for. Be careful when signing up that you sign up for the correct session. Once you are signed up, no changes will be accepted.

Start at 1pm at Grand River Cellars Winery & Restaurant for a food and wine experience in the Wine Cave featuring 4 small plates paired with 4 wines & 2 fresh pressed juices from that week’s harvest. Come early and enjoy a light lunch before your tasting!

Drive down the road to Debonne Vineyards for a tour and tasting. Enjoy the sights and smells of the harvest crush! Your tour will include grape pressing (if weather permits), the processing facility and the juice house. Finish with 4 wine samples & two juice samples!
