In preparation for the annual NEOAG event (https://www.facebook.com/events/1718028264983596/), Grand River Cellars will be highlighting our two Austin’s wines at our weekly food and wine pairings. Our Austin’s Red will be featured with an olive tapenade & basil pesto crostini while our Austin Blush will be paired with cantaloupe, fresh mozzarella & fresh basil. We will also pair Red Zinfandel with blue cheese & buffalo chips and finish off with Riesling paired with brie & caramel sauce. Join us every Saturday at 12:30 or 1:30 for this fantastic event in our exclusive Wine Cave for an educational and informational tasting with small bites. Tastings generally last 30-40 minutes and can be followed by lunch upstairs in our main restaurant.
