The Wineries of the Grand River Valley welcome you to our 17th Annual Ice Wine Festival. Participating wineries include: Debonné Vineyards, Ferrante Winery & Ristorante, Grand River Cellars Winery and Restaurant, Laurello Vineyards, St. Joseph Vineyards, CASK 307 & South River Vineyard.
Over three weekends in March, the region joins together to celebrate a unique product of the cold temperatures in the Grand River Valley wine region — ice wine.
Patrons will visit each of the participating wineries and sample their Ice Wine along with a complimentary appetizer. Many of the wineries will also have a featured event including ice carving, jewelry shows, dog sledding & much more. Cost is $7 at each winery, which includes wine samples, an ice wine glass at each winery, appetizer and special events. Stop next door to Red Eagle Distillery for our featured ice wine cocktail in a commemorative rocks glass. Cocktail is made of Red Eagle Spirits mixed with South River Vineyard’s 2019 Blush Ice Wine and Lindemans Peche Lambic.
Ice Wine Festival Shuttle Service
Shuttle service will run for the entire time of the Ice Wine Festival. Shuttles will pick up at the Laketran parking lot at 200 Water Tower Drive, Madison, Ohio and drop off at the participating Ice Wine Festival wineries and will make continuous loops to each winery all day. Hotel pick up and drop off is available also.
Once you are done at one of the Ice Wine Festival Wineries hop back on the shuttle and go to the next Ice Wine Festival Winery until you have visited as many of these wineries as you would like and when you are ready, we will return you to your car or hotel.
Tickets are for transportation/shuttle service ONLY! You will need to purchase additional tickets at each participating wineries for samples of wine and appetizers.
Unlimited riding day pass for the entire day is $18.00 per day.
If you only want to hop on at the Laketran lot or from one winery to the next and not ride unlimited, it is $3.00 each stop.
If you need picked up at one of the hotels before or after the Ice Wine Festival, $5.00 each way in addition to the Unlimited ride pass or the $3.00 per winery option. No refunds and non transferrable to another date.
