Thursday night entertainment from 6:30-8:30.  Jess will be playing his guitar featuring songs from the 60′s, 70′s, & 80′s.

Thursday Steak Special  6 oz tender cut of beef  cooked to your liking. Accompanied by a baked potato, sour cream, butter, Caribbean vegetables and a salad and roll $13.95

Haunted Winery at Regal Vineyards
The Haunted Winery is located just 7.8 miles from Grand River Cellars Winery and is truly haunted. It will be opened to the public Fridays & Saturdays, September 26th thru November 1st. Hours are 7-11pm. This haunted house stands in Ashtabula County’s oldest winery established by immigrants from Lithuania in 1919- The Cohodus Family. Ticket price for the haunted house and vortex tunnel is $15.00.

Join us for the Dinner & Thrill Package (a $30 value for only $24)
Stop at Grand River Cellars Winery & Restaurant prior to going to the Haunted Winery. Your package gives you $15 towards any appetizer/dinner and gives you admission into the Haunted Winery. Sample the Fright White or the Blood Red-the official wines of the Haunted Winery and read about the history of the Chodus Family before the evening of thrills and chills. You must make reservations. DUE TO SUCH POPULARITY THERE WILL BE EARLY SEATING ONLY ON Saturday, October 18th, Saturday, October 25th & Saturday, November 1st.  There are currently no restrictions on Friday nights.

Looking for something a little more family friendly: Come to Regal Vineyards during the day and enjoy a corn maze, the labrynth and grape post maze, fire circle, gift shop, duck races, steer roping, spider race, corn bin right turn only maze, farm animals, tractor rides, corn cannon, pumpkin bowling and so much more!

Brushes & Lushes, Thursdays, October 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd.
Rhoda returns to her Thursday evening classes for the Fall and Winter. Classes run on Thursdays from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Grand River Cellars, Madison. Enjoy an evening out painting a masterpiece with artist, Rhoda Wilson.  She will entertain, teach how to paint, and enjoy a little vino along the way.   Cost is $30 per person which includes a glass of wine and all supplies;  $25 for children and young adults ages 12 thru 21.  We are now giving all of our Picasso’s 15% off their food bill if they join us for dinner before the class. Friday, October 17th, 2014 – Field to Fork Wine Country Progressive Dinner
Join us for a fun evening of fine local wines and delicious cuisine from our own local farmers. Menu includes:

Grand River Cellars: cucumber (Rainbow Farms-Madison) and feta (Lucky Penny-Kent) cheese spread on toast points followed by a kale salad (Debevc Farms-Madison) topped with an avocado Caesar dressing.
Debonné Vineyards:pork tenderloin (New Creations Farms) topped with spiced apple chutney (Robinson’s Apple Barn), mashed red skin potatoes and carrots (Rainbow Farms) with maple syrup glaze (Bissel Farms) and hearth baked bread.
South River Vineyard: dessert from Gartman Bakery (Painesville).

Vegetarian option available. Wines will be paired with each course.
This is a non-refundable event. Tickets are $49.95 per person.

Saturday, November 1st, 2014   Halloween Party
Put on your best costume for an evening of ghouls and goblins, ghosts
and witches. The winery will be decorated for this festive evening and
live music will be keeping you moving all night.
The costume contest will held with prizes for the best
overall costume, first and second place winner for best-dressed group,
and first and second place winner for best dressed individual.
Reservations are highly recommended.-This night fills up fast!!

Saturday November 8th-Winegrowers of the Grand River Valley TURKEY TROT

A Progressive Tasting Event  Noon-5 p.m.

Join us for an afternoon at Debonne Vineyards, Ferrante Winery, Grand River Cellars, Laurello Vineyard, and St. Joseph Vineyard tasting fine wines paired with dishes from your Thanksgiving dinner.  Let the wineries help you pick out the perfect wines for this holiday.  The cost for the event is $5 at each winery and includes wine samples, food pairings, and recipes.  No reservations necessary.   Bring a canned food item into each winery and receive $1 off your ticket price.  The donations will go to the local food banks. Menu: Debonne Vineyards-Turkey Sliders; Ferrante Winery & Ristorante-Roasted Butternut Squash and Cranberry Cous Cous; Grand River Cellars-Bourbon & Walnut Sweet Potato Mash; Laurello Vineyards-Turkey Pesto & Polenta Appetizer; St. Joseph Vineyards-Cranberry Walnut Stuffing with diced Turkey.

Saturday, December 6th, 2014 – Lunch with Santa

10:30 AM to 1 PM.  Enjoy holiday games followed by a pizza and pasta buffet before the arrival of St. Nick followed by songs and Christmas cheer with the jolly man. Every child will have the opportunity to sit on his lap so bring your cameras! Every child (under 10) will also receive a treat and complete a holiday craft. Reservations are required. This will sell out fast. $5 ages 2-5; $7 ages 6-10; $9 ages 11 and up. Children under 2 are free.

Sunday, December 7th, 2014-Crafts Corks & Christmas

1pm- 5pm Enjoy two rooms filled with juried crafters to help with your holiday gift giving. Drink specials available all day and live music at 4pm. 10% off anything in the Grand River Cellars gift shop during the day.

Tannenbaum Wine Trail, Saturday November 28th & 29th, December 5th & 6th, 13th and 12th & 13th, 2014

Friday & Saturday, Noon-6pm each day. A self-driving tour along the Vines & Wines Trail in Northeast Ohio. At each participating winery, you will receive complimentary appetizers and samples of wines. You will pick up your 18″ Christmas tree at your first stop. At each winery you visit, you will receive a ceramic ornament with the winery’s name printed on it to decorate your tree.

Wednesday, December 31st, 2014-New Year’s Eve Celebration

The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with light appetizers followed by a large buffet dinner featuring a selection of entrees including beef, chicken, and seafood plus all the trimmings. Dancing begins at 8:30 p.m. Later on in the evening you will receive a delicious dessert for two and snacks all night long, plus a bottle of wine per couple. After the music stops at 12:30 a light breakfast will be served before sending everyone home. Party favors are included. Reservations are required for the evening.  Price to be determined.
